St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and School are required to meet the requirements for children's personal safety instruction outlined in both the US Bishops' Charter to Protect and the Archdiocese of St. Paul & Minneapolis' Protection of Children and Youth Initiative (PCYI). This means that all children/youth of all ages/grades who are enrolled in either St. John the Baptist Catholic School or religious education programs participate in personal safety programs in accordance with these curriculum requirements:

Sexual abuse by a priest, deacon or a staff member or volunteer of the Church within the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis should be reported first to law enforcement, then to the Archdiocese’s Victim Assistance Program at 651-291-4475.
