Pastoral Care

Pastoral Care

The Pastoral Care Commission exists for helping those in need.

NEW MINISTRY OPPORTUNITY!

A new ministry at St. John's called OUTWARD MINISTRY: Beyond the Church Doors is beginning, and you are invited to be a part of this new endeavor!

The vision is to go beyond the doors and boundaries of the physical Catholic church to share hope through prayer and relationship. We will do this by sending small groups or families to people’s homes to connect with them through prayer.  This will be done safely by gathering on driveways to pray, praying through windows, or at other safe distances. Imagine fellow parishioners arriving at your driveway to pray with and for you!

Volunteers are needed to help grow this ministry in a number of ways: making outreach phone calls, praying outside care facilities, and joining in prayer outside parishioners' homes. If you are interested in being a part of this new ministry, please click this link to find out more information.

If you have questions, contact Kris at   or call the church office at 952-890-9465 and leave a message on ext. 134.
