Bring items by 6PM; tasting from 6:30-7:30PM.
All are invited to taste and judge free of charge.

Whiskey Tasting ($20)

Whiskey has never tasted so good. Sample four different locally crafted whiskeys and learn inside knowledge of each type. These 30-minute tastings come with a gift to take home at the end. Bring a friend, sit back, relax, and enjoy!Flight times are: 7-7:30PM; 7:30-8PM; 8-8:30PM.  Sign up now!

Texas Hold Em’ ($25)

Join the fun at the Texas Hold Em’ tables! Each player will receive $1,500 in play money to play. The top 2 people win a prize.  Sign up now!

Cheers Pablo Painting ($25)

 Join an artist from Cheers Pablo on site to guide a painting of your own individual sunflower masterpiece on a 12x12 canvas.  To see example painting, and to sign up, GO HERE!

Line Dancing (no cost)

Learn traditional and new line dances and fun group dances at 7:30PM! Join Bekah Berry, Swing Dance coach, to learn the basics of East Coast Swing and the Lindy Hop! During this 45 minute class, you will learn basic footwork, intro to improvisation, and exciting lifts and dips! We will dance to Big Band music of the '30s and '40's. Wear comfortable shoes that you can move in. Bring a partner or come on your own, put on your dancin' shoes and join us for a 'swingin' time! Once we've enjoyed that genre of music, we'll spend some time on more modern dance moves such as the Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle and the Hustle!

Wine Pull ($10/pull)

Not sure what wine to serve at your next happy hour or dinner gathering? Have a hostess bottle ready to go by joining in our wine pull game. You can stock up your cabinet with this fun game. Who knows what you will go home with, a new favorite perhaps? 

Corn Hole (no cost)

Grab a partner, pick up some bags, and enjoy a toss at the game Corn Hole. We will have a couple of boards set up so multiple people can play the night away.


Enjoy delicious concessions and adult beverages all night long. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available. You won’t want to miss a flavorful pulled pork sandwich and buttery sweet corn. 

Childcare is available with pre-event registration!

Reliable staff will be available to watch your kids while you have fun “Adulting” for the evening. Cost is $5 per child or $20 per family, 6-10PM. Sign up now!

Saturday, September 18: Family DAY


Amazing Race age 10-99 ($15/pp)

Your Amazing Race is excited to work with St. John Baptist for the community fest. For approximately 2 hours teams of two will compete against each other while completing different games and challenges. After each challenge teams will be rewarded points. After all challenges are completed, the team with the most points will be declared the winner! 
What should I wear? Some teams find it fun to match. Anything will work as long as you are able to move around and aren’t worried about getting your clothes potentially messy and/or wet!

Preschool Zone (no cost)

Your preschooler will enjoy fun activities with coloring sheets, snacks, and participatory games. In the grassy area with hay barrels. Coffee for parents and treats for kiddos to be provided. 

Craft and vendor Sales

The auditorium will be transformed into the Crafters + Vendor Sales zone. Check out some amazing homemade crafts, gift ideas, and your favorite vendors throughout the auditorium. This is the only time this year that we will be hosting a craft and vendor sale. Be sure to check it out!

Gaga Ball, Nine Square, and Corn Hole games (no cost)

Look for these games out in the parking lot and have fun with your neighbors, friends, and congregation.

Children’s Games (tickets required)

Inside the tent will be a variety of children’s games and prizes. Including Duck Pond, Dino Dig, lollipop tree, Ring Toss, Pig Races, LeapFrog, TP Toss, Crazy Hat, PLINKO, and Color ball toss.

Bake Sale

A variety of homemade baked and canned goods will be available for purchase and enjoyment!
If you would like to donate to the sale, please drop off your labeled donation to the church kitchen on Friday, Sept. 17 from 8AM-8PM or Saturday, Sept. 18 from 8AM-11AM.

Daytime BINGO (1 ticket/card)

Bingo is back for all ages. Stop in, grab a card, and take your chances at winning some small prizes. Each game cost .50 or one ticket.

Silent Auction

Silent Auction will be available throughout the day ending around dinnertime. We have some beautiful baskets that have been put together by various groups and ministries throughout the parish. Make sure you stop by and place your bid. Winners can pick up their prizes that night.


The concession crew will be busy at the grill cooking up hotdogs and burgers. Chips, drinks, and candy will also be available for purchase. Beer and seltzers will be available at the bar right next to the concession stand.


Mass with Father Ben is at 5PM. 

Saturday, September 18: Family Night 6-10PM


Dinner (Free will offering)

Starting at 6PM enjoy delicious tri-tips, Salad, French Bread, and dessert!  Free will donation accepted.
Bar will be open through the night.

Bingo and Meat Raffle 

Try your luck at BINGO fun for the whole family, with lots of prizes!
Meat Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the night. Prizes will be drawn between BINGO games. 
Bingo cards will be $10/10 games for 1 card; $20/10 games for 3 cards.

12:30P: Presentation by Bishop Cozzens Register here for child care on Sunday with the Bishop.
Presentation and discussion with Bishop Cozzens will help us all better understand the primary role of parents and the family in forming children in the Catholic faith, while learning all the resources that St. John's has to offer to support parents as part of our parish community. Children ages 5 and up are invited to participate in faith and fun activities with Sr. Fabiola and the PES Sisters, while children under 5 may play in our free, supervised childcare area (registration requested).
