Eucharist

Humbly we pray that, partaking in the Body and Blood of Christ, we may be gathered into one by the Holy Spirit."

Eucharist defines us as who we are as a church.  It is the summit and source of our life as Catholics.  From the Eucharist we find both our identity and mission as the Body of Christ nourished by Jesus Christ.

Family-centered preparation for First Eucharist is offered to children in second grade or older "to strengthen in them and awareness of God's love of the call to participate in Christ's life and in His sacrifice, and of the gift of the Holy Spirit: as set forth in our Archdiocesan guidelines. Children should be enrolled in either St. John the Baptist Catholic School or Religious Education.
